NatureMaps launched, interactive mapping for Citizen Science projects
NatureMaps is our new platform where Citizen Science projects can display interactive maps. New mapping projects will be added to the site in the coming months. Owners can login to edit their projects online, and use the system to display graphs of data or make comparisons over time. The GeoStories page provides a place to integrate videos, maps, photos and stories.
Information is integrated with live national services to show a range of backgrounds, boundaries, public areas, and Topo features. You can print maps off, or make your own temporary map from the library of available layers.
